Hi there,
I add R404a as liquid to the unit but still there is no liquid at receiver( ball still down) and
temperature not ok so any ideas?

i add about 7 kg
there are two evaps

Our TCI's held about 8.4 kg per unit, so 7 should have it operating.
What are the pressures?

before i add R404a suction pressure was 5 bar and no liquid at receiver when i add gas still no liquid at receiver but suction pressure increase less than 6 bar and ice started to form on compressor. so what do you think about expansion valve may be opened more than enough? i mean may be the problem was not Shortage of refrigerant

Check all the solenoid valves by the receivertank. Maybe one is leaking liquid refrigerant to the suction side

72psi suction (5 bar) should be working at that.
The compressor iced up and the ball down means its possibly stuck in heat. Turn off other zones. what is the coil temperature reading?
