Help !! Taylor 345 slush freezer problem

I am working on taylor 345 slush freezer left barrel is not freezing and right barrel is freezing but its short cycle. i can hear the contactor cut in and out every 10 second.

first time to have a chance to work with taylor. have no much idea whats going on.

any info help will be appreciated.

and how access the amp cut out setting? it need a code or something
needed to use for home made lemonade.
