Hi
would anyone know what type of ct ratio is needed for the ISM for a 1000 tr unit?
the motor is 1070 amp, the starter is a external one not supplied by carrier or benshaw !!

thx for your reply ,i have all the manuals ,this problem is trickey,carrier reps had no answer! and if i wait for them i probably should buy a new unit !!

Motor CurrentCT Ratio
ISM_CONF — Enter ratio (reduced to a ratio to1) of current transformers wired to terminal J4 ofISM. This value shall always be “100” for BenshawRediStart MX3 wye-delta and solid-statestarters.

thx for your reply ,i indeed have his manual ,i am not using a benshaw starter,i am using an external starter with the ism installed inside,so the ct's connect directly to it ,
so that is my problem !!
