zanussi Z 35/4 W warm fridge cold freezer

We have the above fridge freezer and the fridge is warm though the freezer appears to be working normally. The unit makes a gurgling noise. What might the problem be ( don't think there are any ice blockages because it has only been on 2 days)

I have read that it might be a "weak" compressor. If so is it worth regassing and what might regassing cost?
