Gents,
How can anyone identify whether the refrigerant supplier has supplied genuine refrigerant
R404a?

Please help me.

Use the pressure temperature relationship test.

At any given temperature the refrigerant will be at a certain pressure.

Measure the temperature of the cylinder, measure the pressure of the
cylinder and they should corrispond with what it should be on a chart
or comparitor.

thats the only way i know,why do you ask the question if you doubt your supplier find another not worth the risk!!

normaly for cooling down to 0C. the suction pr = 50, discharge pr = 300 psi.
and these nos. could be slightly diff due to weather and charge.
