Hi, everyone,

We delivered a vacuum cooler to Canada, but now seems the refrigeration system have problem, maybe gas leakage.
Now we need someone who is close to Pitt Meadows BC Canada help us check and fix this system. We would pay for your service. Thanks in advance!
That is a R404a system with 40HP Copeland compressor.

Do you work for a company in China who manufacture vacuum coolers? If so can you provide details of the company as I am looking to purchase 2 coolers both able to accomodate 2 pallets.

People get sick and machine get stuck, it happens.

In fact, we have a dealer in California, but they have no enough manpower to help us recently and it's a little bit far away.

We also want to take this chance to find someone who have interests to be our local dealer.

And we are not 100% sure what the problem is yet, really need someone go and check. If send technician from China, it would take more than 30 days to apply Visa !!
Anyway, we have to take care of this situation!

try hvac-talk more American and canadians there but expect to be called out as a spammer. You will need to prove credibility first.
