Hi .... I have sb III SR + unit which the damper close at 9.5 + and the icon of defrost appear at the monitor . So any help is appreaciated

giathair switch or manual switch faulty.

have a look at all your sensors and make sure the readings are all within tollerance.check also that there is no paper or plastic restricting the air flow through the evap!
