We had a shotty instillation job on a 410a split unit heat pump. we have a leak somewhere, amongst other problems.
It is in our guest elevator room, at a 200 room hotel. I can not find the right filter drier the right size until monday. I need to keep this room cold.
Can i use a filter drier for a 5 ton unit on a 1.5?
Can and how do I use my recovery unit to charge the heat pump with 410a?

Would dry ice keep the room cool?

Any Ideas?

If you have a leak you can't vac it or charge it........
If you find and fix the leak charge it while in vacuum and trim it on cooling.
But if you don't know how to use a recovery unit ,probably best left to someone who does.
