Johnson Controls question

Any one ever worked for johnson controls? what was your experience? would you recomend them as an employer?
I am considering an oppurtunity. any advice is welcome

York was the great firm befor 2005 when JCI bought York International.

i`ve just started with them, but i knew the site and guys in there well as I often worked in there as a service engineer. Much better than the small family owned business I was at for nineteen years

It suit for take some experince and get to know how are working big corporation. But own business is better. I spent with York-JCI abou 10 years.
