Trane Chiller SMM Fault

Hi we have a Trane Chiller, Model No CGAH-250 LN (low noise) and the controller is showing "Service Demand" contacted Trane but they did'nt want to know as we have no maintenance contract with them, makes me want to recomend Trane to all my clients, not.
Anyway tried to clear by powering off etc with no luck. Chiller has two circuits and both run fine.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
