Please can I use ammonia as a refrigerant in banana repining system. Dose it could harm?

Ammonia if leaks will blacken the bananas like most produce. We have used ammonia and ammonia/glycol.

We too have seen many systems for such application.

Main reason is the reducing load on per day basis. So you desing the peak load system with every day loads for each rooms.
