Website speed

Hi all, i have been away from site for a few months, but on my return to it, i find that it runs very slow, i have tried on a few pc's and still slow! is anyone else noticed this?

hows your broadband speed? - i have to click on new posts to refresh the page as it doesnt update itself- im on windows vista with 30meg broadband- is it just this site?
