C.d.t high

there is small problem about carrier unit ossics 300 , the c.d.t is going high and unit shutdown, so we replace quench value, now the c.d.t is not going high but temp is not going below -10 it tooks 6hrs to come -10 , due to frost on quench value and suction pipe, please advice.

Do not recognise the model reference of Ossics 300.

Do you have another model type? Also what type of equipment is it?
