Hey there,
Getting into this as a passion after working several years away from HVAC. Studied Electronics and robotics a while back and am trying to learn fixing aircon stuff during my spare time.
I have a fujitsu general japan domestic 96 model (AS40BPR2W/AO40BPR2) with a dead outdoor unit that I could not get service manuals of anywhere.
Last I checked it, its posistor was showing a short (hence 230V open). I had replaced a blown 15A fuse, and confirmed that the PM30CTJ060-3 IGBT module was blown (cracked casing separated on one of the pins). Capacitors, Diode bridge seems to be intact using multimeter tests.
Now waiting for the replacement IGBT but would like to diagnose the other parts. Does anyone still have access to fujitsu service site and help me with the service manual and instructions?
