Carrier transicold van mounted system

I have a carrier van mounted refrigeration system model number TR5110R5-8D-0, it will only cool to 50'F. I pulled the charge on it and it was good, it called for 4 lbs of 134a, all fans work but I noticed at the compressor the suction line was iced up pretty good. I am not to familar with these systems and was wondering if someone could tell me what to look for on these sytems. Any help would be great

What are the pressures and temps when it is running?

High side 200psig and low side 20 psig,
