great...you are close.

a commissioning sheet is a statement of operation at a point in time of actual measured values of a mechanical system compared to the design values required by the manufacturer or a design consultant.
it is used to substantiate the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
there are as many different commissioning sheets as there are pieces of equipment

tabtech,

With that screen name I'm assuming you are a T&B certified person?

Do you have some information you can share related to testing and balancing and the commissioning process.

I think it would be worthwhile for others to see the difference between the "start-up" and "commissioning" processes.

I really believe this could start a very good discussion, so please feel free to start a new thread when you like.

Best Regards,
US Iceman

PS. Welcome to the RE forums.:D

Hi all !

I am a new member, any way Now I work for commisioning,
Before Commisioning we have some list from design one and the more important is how to start up that unit so we have to review manual sheet from units.

Best regards,
Achiel

As an employee of a manufacturer, they cover your arse when looking at warranty issues when we are not maintaining the site.

how very true!! Mine are supposed to be checked at the office before being sent on to the customer.

Sometimes i throw a curve ball in to see if anyone notices, such as 145 Amps drawn on Compressor 1 and 1.2 Amps on Compressor 2?

No-one ever phones :(

its how i roll :)
