It's model can be seen on the attached pictures.<br>When turning off the chiller manually, the pressure on the&nbsp; discharge side rises from 13 bars to 26 bar for about 10 seconds, and the pressure on the aspiration side remains constantly on&nbsp; about 4 bars and the safety controller ( pressostat) stops turns off the unit. The other problem is with the ELIWELL ECH 210 BP electronic controller. I can't access it's menu from the keyboard. Is it password protected maybe ? What can be done?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Which pressure switch trips? LP or HP?

ECH Manual sent to your email address.
Good luck,
What you describe sounds like the chiller is not pumping down but ramping up with no condenser fans running.
Does your condenser fans run?

Condenser fans tripped or ineffective, or too much refrigerant.

Thank for your advices. But the described things happen when I stop the chiller manually - becouse the chiller runs only in manual, the auto mode does not work. Started manually , the chiller runs properly (no problem with fan or refrigerant).
The controller does not react to any key and I can-t access it's menu. There is a remote mounted on the wall- on that can be selected the mode: auto or manual. The unit operates now only in manual mode.

Hi
it would seem that the unit shuts down on pumpdown and condenser fans stay off,
check your settings .
good luck
