charging problem

i have craft type 2 ton ac window type
during charging i encounter a problem
condenser is separated into 2 separated heat zone
one cold and one hot
so why that is happen

Restriction would mean theres a blockage restricting the flow of refrigerant....if there is a restriction it could technically work like an expansion device as one side of the restriction will be high pressure and the other side of the restriction would be a lower pressure.......thats the best way i can explain what i mean its too early in the morning to get my brain working!
