polar t316 ice machine problem

I have a polar t316 ice machine with a fault, on turning on it goes through the cycle of the tray dropping and then raising then fills with water but as soon as full drops again and water still continues to pour in, refrigerant works and then heats up but the tray will not rise to allow water to freeze.

Hi. We have had similar problems in the past. On the tray that fills up with water, there is a persistent problem with the nut (that connects the tray to the motor) that gets loose, and because of this when it fills up with water the bin can't take the weight and the bin drops. Just tighten this nut and all should be fine. If this doesn't help, just says so, and we can go a bit further.

Have a similar problem at the minute. Tray goes up, starts to fill then the fault light comes on. Any chance someone could send me the manual?. Thanks.
