does anyone have a diagram for the fan motor single phase got called to this and the wiring had been disconnected there are four wires and a capacitor? any help please.

Yellow\green - ground.
Blue - "0" [negative].
Black & Brown - capacitor. One of them, depends on the rotation direction is the live. I'd go first to the Black.

The 4-wire windings are of the 2, the winding of work has the value of least resistance, the starting winding has a higher resistance.
the electrical connection must be made with 1 to 1 strand of each pole winding, the other pole winding work and that of start-up in series with the capacitor.

I'd look first on Frascold's website. I recall publishing that diagram in the old days I was working with them.
