required technical support for mitsubishi heavy industrial heat pump

Hi everybody,
I have checked the mitsubishi heavy industrial heat pump, indoor model: SRK50Zaa, serial no: 300200526RE and outdoor model: SRC50Zaa, serial no.: 354500863 RE, the heat pump was not working in heating mode, and the outdoor fan cannot turning, the fault from the indoor unit is power lamp on stealy, and the timer lamp flashing twice each time, Is anyboby know what is fault, please kindly advice.
