has anyone any info or wiring diagram for a trane ecgah225 ,the controller keeps coming up with A external circuit stop, its not the bms as this comes up as external unit stop and its not an alarm, i suspect its a controller problem but cant prove it

IF YOU ARE USING CH532 CONTROLLER
check your wiring id13h+id16h these inputs are on J8 and J19 and limit the use of either circuit,
they are 230v notice the H ,if you need the wiring diagram and more info mail me .

thanks i managed to get a wiring diagram from trane and both the external circuits are made so it comes back to a controller fault.

Hi Goshen and thanks, on this unit the external stop is across x1 and back to terminal 5 x2 a1 controller for A and 5x2 a1-1 controller for B.

if those are terminal numbers,and you have 230 volt on these points ,
then you have a smm controller and you will have to change a board !
