XARIOS SUPRA 950 mt

Hi,
My Supra 950 mt unit is not running on the mains. It does not start when connected to the the 3 phase socket,although the generator runs when operating on diesel. We have checked for any alarms but there is nothing coming on the onboard display in the cabin. The display shows that the mains are connected but it does not respond when I press the start button. Can sombody help me please?

Check power supply is good. i have not worked on these for 6 years now but there is normally a wiring diagram on the door to the micro processor. could be a blown fuse on the micro processor board.
