How to remove front panel of Fujitsu ASYA12LKC (ASY35UILKC) ??

Hello, i bought a Fujitsu ASYA12LKC (ASY35UILKC) (http://www.aerconditionat.org/aer-conditionat-imagini/aer-conditionat-fujitsu/aer-conditionat-fujitsu-asya09lkc-1.jpg)

i want to remove the front cover, and i do the following:
1 i remove the "grill"
2 remove the 2 filters
3 2 screws at the end of both sides of the unit
4 1 screw from the wires cover
5 1 screw close to the wires

What do i have to do now?

yank the bottom forward to cover the air outlet,
take the facia off that covers the filters, stick fingertips between the top of the coil to prise the top away- theres 3 lugs where it clamps to the back plate, then pull forwards- be careful not to yank it off the wall bracket/drag the fixings off the wall-its tricky- good luck

I hate them! Other manufacturers make it so much easier feel like I'm going to break it each time!

you know the casing is in 2 pieces- there is a seam running parallel with the outlet that splits-just behind the screws with the plastic covers- this should pull forward about an inch then attack it from the top

i see the seam, i know it should pull forward about an inch, thats the problem, it doesn't, i'll try later.

i love some of th cautions when installing-(1) The power source capacity must be the sum of the air conditioner current and the current of other electrical appliances. When the
current contracted capacity is insufficient, change the contracted capacity.
(2) When the voltage is low and the air conditioner is difficult to start, contact the power company for increasing the voltage.
