Hi all
I am trying to make banana ripening room.
I need electronic control for temp and humidity.

what you suggest ? brand and model ?

Innotec controls work well with this operation using siemens humidity sensors and co2 sensors is a must.there is allot that goes into getting this type of system to work from the ground up. you also need etylene gas and eghylene gauge. ethylene gas is highly exsplosive so be careful wth any set up you try to build. A company that i know of does the complete build if you are interested.

I don't think that the Innotech is a good solution. There is a company in the UK called MTX that make bespoke ripening rooms. The design idea is fairly good but they are not very proficent when it comes to the install as they simply put together things that they buy from others. They built two ripening rooms at the company where I worked and the 3rd room was a blast chiller which I fitted out with two ammonia coolers and some humidification using air and water. MTX do not make the controls but use a system from Holland I will see if I can dig out a name for you.
