Hi all,

I know its a personal question and im not asking peoples wages just for some guidance...

Soon be negotiating a new wage, but im used to salary pay...they work in hourly rate, what would you guys say is a good and bad hourly pay.... based on a 40hr week for example.

A/C & Ref commercial domestic, service and maintenance.

as an air con chimp- my hourly rate is £13.11 for 40 hrs- equates to £27,276-a year-but luckily as im paid peanuts i get a bit of overtime to boost it a little-usually £58k haha

Well il ask for £14 then ;)

Ohh and £58k......how's the ferrari treating ya?!

ask the tax man- he milks me! and the mrs is high maintenance and im left with the loose change:)
