Carrel i33

I need help with a new carrel i33 platform controller I installed with new probes.after verifying all wires connections are correct and the control is programmed correctly, the compressor would not run. After checking wires and settings the compressor would run but with no compressor icon display. And the temp read 10-15 degrees lower the the actuall cabinet temperture on the control. I am thinking I somehow locked the control settings or the control is bad out of the box? And is their a override or correction that can be done ? Any help would be appreciated

carel controllers accept a few types of probes- ntc ,ptc, you prob need to adjust the probe type-see chemi's link

The IR33 platform uses NTC probes as standard however some models of IR33 can accept other probe types, the range of controllers on the IR33 platform is quite extensive.
