Alarm 77 on Thermogurad uP-T Microprocessor

Hi anyone knows how to clear and what causes the alarm 77 on TK MD II SR unit, saying on the manual internal fault code, dealer ressetable. Is there any other way to clear this alarm. Thanks

77 Internal microprocessor fault code. Could be the controller is shot.
You might try checking the following things:
All plugs to the controller for correct fitment, loose cables etc.
Power and ground to the controller.
The microprocessor in the controller for correct fitment.
