ı am workıng ın a thermal power statıon
problem is air cinditioning suffering of many leaks because of acids vapor that coming of the plant stage processes
since we repairing leaks then new leak appear every year
so is there any way to make pre protection to the ac pipes can protect them from leaks caused by those acids
i heard about apainting like material can be used to protect pipes by covering them with it
i think it name is pipe cement

You don't have acids in the air. You'd be seriously ill or dead now!

The problem is that air pollution is forming acids in contact with water.

Insulate so that suction lines do not condense and prevent air getting in between the insulation and the tube.

Evaporators are not a problem if the fins have collars and the copper is protected. If they become a problem you should follow Install Monkey’s clever suggestion.

I had a customer who complained about corrosion, I checked and it really was a serious problem. After cracking my head thinking on the cause it turned out that he used a cleaning fluid full of amines on the tubing. Amines + water form ammonia.
