Carrier Transicold Model 90MA 212 -931

This unit used in ship for comfort AC for accommodation, temp. maintaining 24 degree centigrade. When we switch over fan mode to cool mode compressor and blower is switching off, suspecting CRT unit problem. We don't have manual and electrical diagram for this unit. Kindly advise to solve this problem.
