hi my friends, let me know ho to remove moisture from the systems, because one of my paul klinge container system is getting high pressure but low pressure is too low. and suction line is getting too ice. my openin is going to remove all refrigerant from the system and replaced filter drier then deep vaccuam. let me know correct methods if it is wrong.
thanks with kind regards

Hello rkmoorthy,
normally dont you get high head & low back pressures when non-condensables are present?

even so, yeah you want to recover refrigerant/non-condensables replace, filter drier and then maybe tripple vac the system until 2 torr then charge to manufacturers guide lines..

Thanks,

Hello rkmoorthy,
If there are any non-condensable refrigerant charge must be replaced with a new one if the amount of refrigerant is very convenient to distill refrigerant.
for dehydration instead need to install a large capacity filter with shut-off valves for easy replacement, remember that a filter with large capacity desiccant.

this may help
but use a torr gauge instead of a cup of oil!
and use new refrigerant to recharge system
