How to remove Optiset feature from Thermoking SB-400?

Hi everybody,
previous owner of trailer programmed the unit to run on a cycles all times using optiset. Any ideas on how to remove this?

Set box temp. for 80 deg. hold the clear button until box temp. goes to 35 deg., all done

is that set point high for the celcius crowd dabutcher?

to do this thru the menu's, goto super guarded access. Cycles off, unit on, (hold TK and CLEAR) scroll thru hourmeters to DDUR(hold TK and CLEAR).
Go to SET I (setpoint increments) hold TK and CLEAR, this will then take you to the optiset screen where you can change setpoint high and setpoint low,cycles on/off in frozen and chiller ranges etc...

if you scroll past SET I press the alarm button and you'll go back to the start.
