ochsner HP problem

Ochsner HP with Elesta OTC Classic regulation, I had to change the regulator and I changed the parameters to the same values as the old had. Now the HP starts, heats the DHW and heats buffer and it repeats the cycles for few times- so first few hours it it OK. Afterward the HP turns mode to DHW starts the DHW pump but does not start the compresor and source pump,Q6 and Q7 ouputs are not activated
There is no alarm and the HP in Water/water
