Samsung UH035EAV fault

Hi all hope you can help. Got called to a Samsung unit with no power. Found that the interconnecting wire had poorly installed and had totally burnt out looks like the install guys had ran out of wire so had joined it by twisting ends together and wrapping in insulation tape . Anyway I have replaced the interconnecting wire and indoor pcb. Started unit back up and will not run showing fault code Er 163 and Ad 1F flashing on and off intermittently. LEDs on outdoor flashing 1 minute time out for comms can't find what fault code mean thinking we could need to replace outdoor pcb als. Any ideas

Er 163 is option code error of indoor unit EEPROM. The short has caused the problem with the EEPROM how do I reset it

Managed to find controller manual and now I'm confused it now tells me it's EVE IN sensor separation error of indoor unit which is ?

Right I need service manual in order to reset indoor option code anyone got a copy they wish to share. Samsung UH035EAV
