I doubt the power pack. You dis-connected TB7 (G50) and you still had 6607? Right?
Grouping indoor units with the M-Net controller might be the issue. Has the system had any modifications of late?

its been in for 4 yrs and was probably modified 2yr ago when the hotel was refurbished-we took over the repairs etc 8mth ago- dont know if its ever worked properly-as the system still operates with the fault code flashing-doesnt help with a site handyman-sticks his screwdriver in anything!- strange how the outdoor doesnt detect 3 controllers on the system- but the controllers work ok? also theres a few covers off the indoors so someones been poking about

Hi IM, could you please check outdoor units' SW2-1s all should be ON so that your G-50A will decide the grouping of indoor unit and remote controller.
If SW2-1s are OFF, outdoor unit will decide the grouping.
I think one of the outdoor unit's SW2-1 is OFF position (may be system 58).
Hope this help for this issue.

sw2-1 is off( centralised controller) for all 8 outdoors- i checked system 51 and that picked up all indoor controllers, the g50 picked this up- with 51 and 58 connected only 51 exists on the g50, both outdoor pcbs were swapped to see if there was an issue, but still problems with 58

SW 2-1 ON for (all) both outdoor units. And register again in G-50A for groups.
RC must shown on the G50A, check all the registered groups one by one.
G01 should shown 001 indoor, 101 remote controller and so on.
Check all 13 indoor units you have.

As joe says the g50 wont picpk them up if it doesn't know it has to look for them.
Programme all units and initialise G50 again.
Cheers
