carrier controlers

hi can any one help with a problem i have on a carrier controler,flashing up with AO the controler is about5 years old it is on a ducted system 40js series even carrier dont know the controler but its theres allright this problem seemes to be on cooling only not heating ,,,, thanks ian

if you can get a full model number i can do a search for you as i'm a carrier tec in the uk maybe able to dig out something.

AO

normally is some sort of problem with the
alarm parameters
it should come up with some other indication
after AO (eg) EA

both of these should flash after one another

but as Walshyd
has said with some more information we might be able
to help.
