Hi All,
We have a problem with an Hitachi chiller that has a CBM 2000-C Control panel controlling 3 screws, When you power up the panel the on off Led will flash 4 or 5 times and then it's is supposed to stay on and you can start the chiller. My problem is that the Led keeps flashing and will not stay on so we can't start the chiller. We have swopped the panel with another machine and also the front end but the Led keeps flashing. Does anybody have any ideas what the problem is.
