Chiller BLUE BOX problem

I have a Blue Box chiller model KAPPA.V.55.2 SR BBOX066494 with a Carel controller model PCO 1000 CPB . The chiller start work`s fine for 5-15 minutes and than stop the display is shutting down and restarting and display this : internal erorr nr 1 , atom nr 65, off set 00230 . After 1 minute the display is loading again all the values and restarting the chiller . Please help me with some ideeas !

Are you in a position to swap the controller over with another one?

Is the control module from the original machine?
If it is a 're-cycled' board with re loaded software, there could be a prevent mechanism from its previous life causing the 'reset' occurance.

The software / control picks up an irregularity and forces a 'reboot'

Sounds like it'll need a new board.

The controller is the original one .For me this seems to be a software problem . No i don`t have a spare electronic board . Corect me if i am wrong : all the parametres are stored in the main electronic board no`t in the Pco display !

It could be directly related to the board it is plugged into.

If possible i would test it with another display or PCO controller.

Sounds like a software bug, but i'm sure Blue Box have more than one chiller with this software on it?!
Thus the possibility it is hardware related. Maybe contact a Blue Box representative for info.

And of course you are correct. The logic is all in the electronic board!
