heres my problem. im new to maintaining this old icecream machine.
my icecream is turning grey. the temp is way too high on my machine.
i think it needs ***** but my boss says it does not.
i cleaned the coals, replaced the blades and change a couple of o rings.
does any one have any suggestions?

Are you dispensing dairy ice cream or water based? And which flavour of ice cream is turning grey? Is the hopper and feed to the screw contaminated?

Hi Crystal.
the mix hopper/s on top should holding at +4.0 C and no higher, if icecream is greyish looking, I would suspect the pump rotors are grinding out.
