Hi ,
Wasnt sure where to post this so hopefully I am in the correct 'forum';
Have been getting lab reports back on compressor oil samples & quite often they are flagging cautions due to 'silicon' levels ( anywhere from 1 to 25 mg/kg). On speaking with the lab they dont seem to understand where this fits in with things ( they dont seem to understand much about fridge oil actually !!) & suggest it could be 'dust'!
Can anyone shed some more light on this , as its a bit embarrassing not having confidence to answer questions from my clients on these reports.
Thanks
Brazer
