Does anybody know of oil seperators with outer housing in stainless steel?

Possibly AlfaLaval, it would a total vessel design costing for a one of, better to use a standard separator and insulate and clad with s/s for a harsh enviroment situation

thanks for the answers.
The idea of making a second layer on the vessel is actully quite smart, and the cost on this one is low. Did not think of that.
On the other hand, carly said that they might manufacture spesial ones for us.

thanks.
the vessel must be in stanless steel. We cant apply non approved paint ourself. The paint must be fitted and approved in atex on the factory before we can use it.

If the problem is only the outer housing, it looks to me that it will not cost too much if you ska local shop that manufactures SS fabrication to make it for you, bring the a sample of a steel one, you can buy the internal parts from the manufacturer.

How many do you need?

Yes you can get a ss oil separator...all it takes is MONEY. I supplied two 600 HP screws to a chemical plan several years ago. It was not cheap.
