Hi Gents
I have a package carrier chiller with 4 scroll compressors in it (water cooled) with the pro-dialog plus control operating the chiller. from time to time I'm getting a active alarm on the A circuit of the system, when i go into the alarm history menu the latest alarm is months ago and not show the most active alarm that is going off in front of me, when i try to scroll the led light around the main menu button the LED light goes from the configuration symbol straight to the alarm history symbol and skips the ACTIVE Alarm symbol even when the red alarm light is currently on for circuit A.
If anyone has any suggestions why i can't get the symbols on the Active alarm symbol it would b really appreciated.
