samsung vivace noisy compressor

Hi everyone,
I have a samsung vivace aqv12ban a/c and the the external unit is very noisy, not allways but is very annoying.
Is there anyone who know what is happen?

How old is it? Is it mounted on rubber mountings? Is it low on gas?

They rust quickly if not maintained, and the compressor can become loose from rust. If it did not have the mountings placed on rubber mounts ( not supplied but an option) then it can vibrate. If low on gas it will be noisy.
