Hey guys,
I'm working on a Trane RTAC185 with a CH530 controller, software 343.38.02. I downloaded Techview 13.0 and the SP4. The installation instruction talk about a Java Runtime Environment. I have searched the Trane website but can't find this file anywhere. I have already downloaded the Main Processor Programs that I require but can't get them to install into Techview properly. If anyone knows where I'm going wrong your advice would be much appreciated.
