Quick one got a Samsung split system with no power checked fuse and had blown so replaced. Turned unit on power at outdoor power leaving at interconnecting wire but no power at indoor. Outdoor flashing fault 1 minute delay for comms. Checked interconnecting wire for for fuse spur but it's one cable from outdoor to indoor. Can only assume a short in the cable. However our senior engineer keeps suggesting it the pcb that's blown but I have flashing LEDS on pcb and power leaving outdoor so can't be pcb or can it ? He put doubt in my mind what you think people
