Has anybody ever had problem with DAIKIN Round flow cassette
We had big problem with one DAIFXFQ125P9VEB and one FXFQ100P9VEB on same place.
As anybody had same experience ?
Units are produced in November 2011.
1.1 First we had Error code A6 on FXFQ125P9VEB
It was factory faulty wiring between fan motor and PC board
1.2 Also we noticed
Problematic impeller : Impeller was non balanced from beginning ( unbalanced )
Parts No 301424P TURBO FAN ROTOR (Drawing No. 3PW36036-1 )
Plastic deflector was to high = > not enough place for free rotating of Impeller
Parts No. 301375P BELL MOUTH (Drawing No. 1PW29836-1 ) on FXFQ125P9VEB is to high
After installing new spare part unit was repaired.
2. We had again Error code A6 on other unit FXFQ100P9VEB :
broken PCB
Parts No. 5002452 PCB ASSY ( Drawing No. 2P222924-5 ) on FXFQ100P9VEB
After changing of PCB and 301440P WIRE HARNESS ASSY ( 4PW31004-1 ) unit was repaired.
