Problem with Whirlpool side by side fridge freezer

The water dispenser has suddenly stopped working. Nothing in the instruction leaflet to give me a clue what to try. Ice dispenser working normally.

I would be grateful for any suggestions.

check the water hose is not frozen some are in bottom of fridge compartment model number would help

These cabinets are prone to the cold water feed pipe freezing inside the liner of the freezer door.
It may be necessary to remove the liner and re-locate the water tube to the warm face of the door and add additional insulation.
Dependant on how old the cabinet is the door insulation may have deteriorated, check this also, replace if there is any sign of moisture or ice within the door.
