I have a problem with an air conditioner samsung aqv12msan

On the display flashes the message E1 - 01

I searched on the forum how to reset it.

I found codes and procedures.

I inserted the code 014777 17526E. is it right?

the display will stop flashing

but does not heat.

it seems that the external device doesn't start

and inside there's only fan

What can I do? may be some internal cable unplugged?
