Dave.
You are pushing the boundaries in my humble opinion.
Because we all have personal interests, but if we all touted for business or skills etc.
The forum would be ruined.
Your very direct appeal / offer of employ would not normally offend any other engineer.
But as I say its pushing boundaries!
The forum is all about asking for assistance but not for financial reward or gain.

Just my opinion and no offense meant.

I can pick this up for you.

I can almost g.tee it's SOG. I have a site - been vacant for 18 months- with 15 units installed 2007 find out of those 15, 6 are E4 and one is poor performance

Can't overly agree as putting work around should be part of this forum provided it is done between suitably qualified techs.

I'd rather him than some bloody bicycle repair man coming here for a manual for a VAM unit (as happened recently)

I agree its a contentious issue yours is as usual a balanced argument.
My concerns are not so much this particular appeal. But more as to how far should similar requests go?

I am uneasy because unless debated where is the line?

I'm not particularly bothered however,
Advertising and soliciting in posts is banned under the forum rules.
So I'd be siding with Grizzly on this one.
But each to their own..
Cheers
