Ventaxia Cassetes

[BOOZEPIGGY]

I have asked ventaxia for support and got nowhere,
have problem with ceiling cassette with hard wired remote.
The client after doing some electrical work has had problems with unit,
Remote flashes 8888 then 888 then 88 then 8,and continues this cycle.
As if it is adressing but does not go off,
Any ideas,

According to the manual the controller should not be touched after power on and this will stop after 30 seconds.Page 128
But never worked on one ,so I don't know.
